At some point, the Internet connection may interrupt the communication between
the computer and the site you wish to visit. This causes that some elements

How to activate the Java Component?
On your Internet Explorer, select the following sequence: Tools / Internet Options / Advanced Options. From "Microsoft VM" choose the “Java JIT compiler enabled” option. Finally press Enter and restart your computer.
